We get it, sometimes something just doesn't fit and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we will accept returns. We don't offer exchanges on orders, if you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Our merchandise is handled by Printful, an on-demand printing and fulfillment company. The transactions are handled by Stewart Controls, LLC and then transferred to Printful for fulfillment.
